Abstract

Cardiovascular imaging plays a crucial role in the assessment of heart valve function, enabling precise diagnosis and management of valvular heart diseases. This review examines the various imaging modalities used to evaluate heart valve function, including echocardiography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT). We discuss their respective advantages, limitations, and clinical applications, and highlight recent advancements in imaging techniques that improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
