Abstract

Transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR) has revolutionized the treatment of mitral valve disease, offering a less invasive alternative to surgical repair. This article reviews current trends in TMVR, including recent advancements in technology and procedural techniques. It also explores future directions in the field, emphasizing emerging technologies and potential areas for research. By synthesizing recent studies and clinical trials, this review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of TMVR's progress and future prospects.
